Want to see how your products get made? Our events allow visitors to see all our fantastic bed, bath and table linen ranges in addition to seeing firsthand how our products are designed, manufactured, quality assured and cared for, as we open our factory and showroom at our 240,000 sq. ft. Victorian Mill.

During tours visitors will learn about our history and culture in our refurbished showroom. You will then see all our latest products, and even those about to be released! Following a tour of a QA labratory where you will learn about all the latest advancements in textile technology, you will then visit our factory where you can see firsthand how our products are made and how we ensure quality and consistency in all our products. Finally, every visitor will be entered into a free prize draw with a chance to win a luxury pamper bundle.

IMPORTANT – THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) APPLY TO ALL GUESTS PARTICIPATING IN A RICHARD HAWORTH EVENT (“EVENT”). BY BOOKING THIS EVENT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS SO PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ THEM CAREFULLY.

You must ensure that prior to attending or taking part in an Experience you have read carefully and can comply with the general terms set out in these Terms.

We will keep your personal data for as long as we need it to provide these products and services. We may also keep it to comply with our legal obligations, respond to queries and resolve any disputes, to meet our legitimate interests and to enforce our rights.
We have safeguards in place with our service providers to ensure that your data is kept securely and used in accordance with the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if both we and you knew it might happen.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the event.
Your safety is our highest priority but you acknowledge that some of the event, involve inherent risks of damage to both you and your property. By participating in our event you agree that you accept that you share in the responsibility to maintain your own safety and that of others and of property by your own actions or conduct.
We shall in no circumstances be liable to you to the extent any liability arises due to your non-compliance with these Terms.
We shall not be liable to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any direct loss or damage including financial loss, or loss of contracts or goodwill (save that we will be liable for any damage or loss to your tangible property which is directly caused by our wilful misconduct) or for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation.
You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.
These Terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the services we provide you with under them in the English courts.

CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO MANUFACTURING TOURS AND SEWING SKILL EVENTS

Cameras, video recorders or any type of recording or photography device or mobile phone are strictly prohibited in all the manufacturing facilities and their surrounding areas.
There are no facilities for secure storage of personal items.
Children aged 14 and over are permitted if accompanied by their parents or guardian.
