We want to deliver your goods to you as quickly as we possibly can, and we aim to have your order with you, in 5 working days. Occasionally, certain items may not be in stock, in this instance we will contact you with an alternative delivery date for the delayed goods.

All goods must be signed for upon delivery, and if no one is at the premises to receive them, a card will be left and you will need to contact the courier depot to arrange an alternative delivery date.

In the unlikely event of any shortages in your delivery, please notify us within 3 days of reciept, otherwise we cannot accept responsiblity.

All UK mainland orders under £100 will incur a £9.95 handling / delivery charge, any order over £100 will be free of charge. Orders despatched to Northern Ireland, Isle of White, Isle of Man & Isle of Scilly will be charge £20 if under £100. Orders despatched to mainland Europe will be charged £20 per order, plus an additional £0.50 per product ordered.
