Wholesale towels 'presented in tidy bundles'
A family who enjoyed a staycation in Devon recently could not help but be impressed by the well appointed guest house they let for the week.
David Dillon, writing for the Daily Mail, stated that the grown-ups in the group were particularly "impressed with how each bedroom had been meticulously prepared", with freshly cut flowers used as decoration and wholesale towels "stylishly presented" in tied bundles.
"The house is not merely a place to sleep, it is part of the holiday. We never felt the need to rush away from the place in the mornings," he added.
Mr Dillon explained that the property, which was located near the seaside village of Combe Martin, also boasted a heated indoor pool and open fire, where the party enjoyed settling down each evening.
Indeed, the house was so inviting that even on the days when rain called time on holiday activities, the kids "begged" the adults to be able to go back to the property and play.
Such an experience could highlight the important role that first class accommodation plays in keeping guests coming back for more.
Alicia Clegg recently told the Financial Times that her job testing wholesale bedding and mattresses for Premier Inn is an important part of getting customer service right.
