Richard Haworth are delighted to have been part of the sensational make-over of Cheshire’s Delamere Manor, providing the newly unveiled wedding venue with our beautiful boutique linens and bedding.
The stunning Delamere Manor, originally built for the powerful Wilbraham family who were major landowners in Cheshire for centuries, has only had a few owners, including its most famous former resident, Take That’s Gary Barlow. The former X-factor judge, who spent ten years at the house which was reportedly modelled on Elton John’s mansion, sold the property in 2005 for £7.5 million. The beautiful estate has now been refurbished and remodelled, retaining the historic feel of the building and replacing the décor with a traditional but contemporary style.
New owner Michelle Stubbs is finally ready to launch the luxury estate as a premium wedding venue, hosting wedding parties from 50 to 300 guests, to accommodate the perfect English wedding day.
The beautiful estate is home to perfectly manicured one hundred acre gardens and a six acre lake, lavish reception areas, and a beautiful bar and nightclub. However, the new owners’ five star taste doesn’t end there; the manor now offers six enormous master bedrooms to its visitors, decked out with all the bedroom finery that such a lavish mansion deserves. Our goose down pillows and duvets have been employed to give the manor’s glamourous guests a luxury sleep experience fit for Barlow’s pop-royalty legacy. Our contemporary-chic, 100% cotton Hampton duvet covers and pillowcases lend their air of elegance and sumptuousness to the luxurious lodgings, spoiling visitors with their 400 thread count and giving their guests a night to remember.
