Many British travellers are becoming more demanding when they jet off on holiday, it has been claimed.
According to one expert, some are confident about making complaints regarding
white bed linen, the quality of the food or their accommodation in general.
As a result, Mike Whiting, managing director at HolidayExtras.com, advised people to research their break before packing their bags.
"It is understandable that British travellers are becoming more demanding, with people taking fewer holidays it is important that the holidays they do take are the best they can be," he explained.
Mr Whiting also advised people to read reviews about accommodation in advance, as they may be disappointed by the
hotel supplies when they get there if not.
His comments come after HolidayExtras.com revealed 38 per cent of people said the standard of the place they stayed on vacation would be top of their list of complaints.
A total of 25 per cent claimed noise at night could be their biggest concern.
