The prime minister has been urged by one sector commentator to put his admiration for the UK's tourism industry into action in order to help it thrive.
While holiday accommodation owners in the UK may do their best to invest in the best possible
hotel supplies and
restaurant supplies for their premises, they may feel that they are held back by red tape.
Indeed, Kurt Janson, policy director for the Tourism Alliance, said that removing these barriers could help to make it easier for "legitimate visitors" to come into the UK for a break.
He was responding to a recent speech made by David Cameron, where the prime minister said: "We're going to remove some of the obstacles that put people off coming here. For example, by working more closely with our international partners to improve the local delivery of visa services in key markets like China and India."
Mr Janson responded, saying any new legislation would not necessarily have a costly impact on the sector.
