Hotel supplies return to Lancashire town
A historic building that was the victim of a fire nearly 12 months ago is to reopen with a fresh set of hotel supplies, it has been reported.

The Swan and Royal Hotel, situated in Clitheroe - a small village in Ribble Valley, Lancashire - was hit by the blaze in September 2009 and suffered damage to its roof and interior.

According to the Lancashire Telegraph, the 18th century hotel is now set to open again following an £800,000 refurbishment, which saw many of the building's original features restored to their former appearance.

Terry and Carol Joy, who have managed the business for almost ten years, told the newspaper: "The lay-out is exactly the same and they have put in the original stones and made it look nice. We are both feeling very happy and relieved."

Residents of Aberdeen could take advantage of brand new hotel supplies following the development of a new Radisson outlet in the city centre, the Scotsman reported.
