A Michelin-starred chef is opening a new eatery at the Hillbark Hotel in Merseyside.
Aiden Byrne may be looking for the perfect
restaurant supplies for his venture, which he told the Liverpool Echo he is "really excited" about.
The 37-year-old said he has a "great team of people" working with him and the new dining area is set in "the most beautiful location".
Called Aiden Byrne at the Hillbark, the restaurant will serve classic foods as well as a range of new dishes during the week.
Some guests staying at the hotel may be tempted to get up off their
white bed linen and have a taste.
"Obviously I want to make the Hillbark as good as I can, that's taking up all of my time at the moment," the chef added.
Meanwhile, Sue Mousley, chair of the International Federation of Aromatherapists, recently said bathing in aromatherapy oils can help people to relax, which may enable hotel guests to get a good night's sleep.
